I have been trained on various modalities such as hot stone, prenatal and Swedish massage but my preferred modality is to offer Deep Tissue Massage.
In 2006, I received my massage certification from the Academy of Medical Arts and Business in Linglestown, PA. More recently I received training at CMTC through the Commonwealth University of Lock Haven PA. I thoroughly enjoy working with clients to meet their goal through massage therapy. Whether it is a physical issue or if it is just for a break from the grind of life, coming in for a peaceful rest, my goal is to reach my client's goal!
